摘要
针对生产中采用LG60轧机轧制TA2钛管时,管材端面出现凹凸不齐类似"鱼嘴"状现象,通过对轧制工艺、工模具、设备进行分析,测量管材轧制前后外径及壁厚尺寸,发现凹凸部位壁厚偏差较大,造成此现象的原因在于芯杆与花键连接处间隙过大,从而导致轧制时的芯棒与孔型的位置关系发生了错位引起,通过减小间隙后,端面缺陷立即消除。
When TA2 titanium tube was rolled by LG60 rolling mill in the process of production, concave and con- vex defect resembling the fish mouth was existed at the end of TA2 titanium tube. Analyzing the rolling process, tool and die, equipment for TA2 titanium tube, measuring the outer diameters and wall thicknesses of tubes before and after being rolled, It was found that larger wall thickness deviation at the location of concave and convex was caused by the dislocation of rolling pass and core rod resulted from the large gap at the joint of core rod and spline. The concave and convex defect at the end of tube was eliminated at once by reducing the gap at the joint of core rod and spline
