攀长特灾后重建铁路运输发展探讨

Discussion on Development of Railroad Transportation for Post-disaster Reconstruction of Pangang Group Changcheng Special Steel Company

通过对钢铁企业专用线铁路运输的特点及其局限性的分析,结合铁路在攀钢集团江油长城特殊钢有限责任公司公司铁路运输现状的特点,提出在铁路信号、调度控制、机车无线遥控操纵、车辆和货物管理集中化及提高调度工作能力等方面的改进措施,探讨铁路运输在钢铁企业今后的发展方向。

The characteristics and the limitation of dedicated railroad line for iron and steel enterprise was ana- lyzed. Based on the analysis of the status of railroad transportation of Changcheng Steel Company, the effecting fac- tors such as railroad Signal, dispatching control, wireless remote control of locomotive, concentration in vehicle and goods management and dispatching capacity increasing for railroad were improved. The direction of railroad develop- ment was also discussed in this paper.
