摘要
结合工程实例,对某钢筋混凝土车间从设计和检测两方面进行论述,分析了车间结构框架梁产生裂缝的原因以及对施工质量进行判定。经检测计算复核可知:施工质量失控,大部分混凝土强度等级远达不到设计要求,故而试水试验时荷载到达设计值时梁产生裂缝。采用加大截面形式对原结构进行加固,加固后结构可满足原结构使用功能要求。
This papers discusses design and detecting of the workshop of a reinforced concrete, analyzes the reason of plant structure frame beam cracks and .determines the quality of construction. By detection and rechecking the calculation, it shows that the construction quality is out of control and most of the concrete strength are far less than the design requirements, therefore the beam crack when the water load test reaches the design value. After strengthening by increasing cross - sectional form, reinforced structure can meet the functional requirements of original structure.
