摘要 成都至都江堰高速铁路联络线与支线特大桥采用了逐跨支架现浇施工梁体,利用自制龙门架进行落梁的施工方案。在落梁的设计与施工中,重点考虑了地基承载力、支架稳定性、吊杆拉力、梁体应力集中等问题,并结合监控量测,成功解决了龙门架设计、梁体提升和下降的同步性、高精度高位落梁等重难点问题。 Support cast - in - place girder and self - made gantry to fall girder method were used for the construction of tie line and branch line large bridge in Chengdu to Dujiangyan high - speed railway. Foundation bearing capacity, support stability, suspender tension, girder stress concentration were mainly considered during the design and construction process of raised girder falling. Meanwhile, monitoring measurement method was also applied and the problems including the design of gantry, the synchronism of raising and falling girder, the high precision of falling girder were solved successfully.
