本文是在参与BIM技术应用于建筑电气专业实际工程设计过程的基础上,简要了介绍BIM技术国内外发展现状,分析了建筑电气设计中应用BIM技术的实际情况,从客观因素和主观因素两方面探讨目前建筑电气专业应用BIM技术中存在的问题。

Based on the participation of BIM technology used in actual building electrical design engineering process, a brief introduction of BIM technology development in international and domestic was made. The application of BIM technology in the building electrical design was presented. From the objective and subjective factor, the problems of application of BIM technology in the building electric were analyzed.
