应用PAR指数评价非对称拔牙方式矫治后牙(牙合)关系的改善效果

Application of Peer Assessment Rating Index in the Evaluation of Occlusal Outcome in Orthodontic Therapy with Asymmetric Extraction Pattern

目的:评价非对称拔牙方式矫治后的牙(牙合)关系改善效果。方法:选择非对称拔牙方式矫治病例21例(G1组),对称拔牙矫治病例25例(G2组)及不拔牙矫治病例23例(G3组),对所有患者治疗前后的模型应用PAR(Peer Assessment Rating)指数进行评价,对各组治疗前后的加权PAR总分值、加权PAR总分减少值和加权PAR分值减少率及改善程度进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后加权PAR总分减少值(G1组)及(G2组)大于(G3组)(P<0.05),G1组减少值最大;三组中均无变坏或无改变病例,极大改善55例,占79.71%,改善14例,占20.29%。结论:合理运用非对称拔牙方式矫治错(牙合)畸形,同样可取得明显的改善效果。

Objective ： To study treatment outcome with asymmetric extraction pattern in orthodontic therapy.Methods ：21 asymmetric extraction cases （group 1） and 25 symmetric extraction cases（group 2） and 23 non-extraction cases（group 3） were selected.The PAR （peer assessment rating ） index of each of the pre- and post-treatment cast was assessed.The differences of pre- and post-treatment weighed PAR score, reduction in weighed PAR score, percentage reduction in weighed PAR score and the degree of improvement between the three groups were compared.Results ：Differences of the reduction in weighed PAR score existed between 3 groups, group 1 and group 2 were higher than group 3.There were no ＂Worse and no different＂ cases among the three groups, 55 cases were greatly improved and accounted for 79.71%.There were 14 cases（20.29%） in improved category.Conclusion ：The treatment outcome with asymmetric extraction pattern can achieve satisfactory results.
