Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures by Percutaneous Vertebro Plasty(PVP)

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法:自2006-2010年采用经皮椎弓根穿刺注入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折45例58个椎体。结果:12例18个椎体有不同程度的骨水泥泄漏,无脊髓和神经根损伤等并发症发生。术后1周36个椎体疼痛完全缓解,12个椎体部分缓解,5个椎体轻度缓解,5个椎体无效,有效率为91.3%。视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分由术前平均91分降至平均23分,效果显著。结论:PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折操作简单,止痛快速,创伤小,并发症少,可早期下床,是一种简便、微创、安全有效的治疗方法。 Objective :To analyze the clinic results of Percutaneous Vertebro plasty (PVP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods :From 2006 to 2010, 45 patients with elderly osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures underwent PVP, including 58 vertebrae.Results :12 cases (18 vertebrae) bad vertebral bone cement leakage at different degree.No injuries of spinal cord or nerve root, no other serious adverse complications were observed.The operation showed that 36 cases experienced complete pain relief, 12 partial relief, 5 slight relief and 5 no relief after one week, the pain-relief rate was 91.3%.VAS score descended from preoperative 91 to postoperative 23 on average with remarkable effect.Conclusion : PVP is an effective and safe way to treat osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and ease of operation, less injury , complications, effective pain relief.
