摘要
基于精益生产的思想,对某汽车零部件生产企业的原材料消耗控制系统进行了分析和改进,分析了推动式原材料消耗控制系统的缺陷,提出了基于看板管理的拉动式原材料消耗控制模式,制定了看板使用和超市运行规则.对制造企业以及想提高物料消耗控制的企业提供一定的借鉴作用.
Based on the idea of lean production, it analyzed and improved the raw material consumption control system of an auto parts production enterprise. It analyzed the push-type raw material consumption control system, established the pull raw material consumption control mode based on Kanban, and developed Kanban and supermarket operating rules, hoping to provide certain reference for the manufacturing enterprises and enterprises which intend to improve the material consumption control.
