两组不同冷冻剂组合冷冻Wistar大鼠胚胎效果的比较

Comparison of Cryopreservation of Wistar Rat Embryos between Two Groups of Extenders

采用冻存管方法,用DAP213和SDP0323两种冻存液组合分别对Wistar大鼠2-细胞期胚胎进行玻璃化冷冻,两种冻存液冷冻的胚胎平均复苏率分别为57.1%、69.1%;平均产仔率分别为34.9%、41.1%.SDP0323冻存液冷冻的胚胎平均复苏率及平均产仔率均比DAP213冻存液冷冻的相对高一些.经统计学分析,两者之间无显著差异(P>0.05).两组冷冻试剂组合均可作为对Wistar大鼠2-细胞期胚胎进行冷冻保存的有效方法,可用于建立大鼠胚胎库.

The tube method was used to study two different extenders to cryopreserve by vitrification the 2-cell Wistar Rat embryos, which were DAP213 and SDP0323. And the effects of different extenders on the average survival rates of frozenthawed embryos and on the average rates of the new borns were discussed. The average survival rates and average new born rates after being frozenthawed were 57.1%,69.1% and 34.9%,41.1% respectively. There are no significant differences between the two extenders using the Student＇ t-Test, but both the average survival rates and average new born rates with SDP0323 are higher than those with DAP213. The results show that the tube method with DAP213 and SDP0323 for cryopreservation of the 2-cell rat embryos has been successful, and that the two extenders are suitable for the rat 2-cell embryos-bank.
