摘要
通过对酸碱处理前后天蚕丝结构与性能的研究,发现天蚕丝经酸碱处理后,由于分子间的氢键被破坏,使得纤维的断裂强度和断裂功下降,断裂伸长减少,其中碱处理后下降的更多.天蚕丝经酸处理后,发生重结晶现象,使得结晶度、初始模量、屈服应力和伸长增加;天蚕丝经碱处理后,酰胺键水解使结晶度、初始模量降低.
The basic structure and properties of Yamamai silk after acid and alkali treatment were studied. Through experiments it is found that., the breaking strength, the work of rupture and the break elongation declined for the intermolecular hydrogen bonds were broken, especially after alkali treatment. Acid treatment can cause Yamamai silk recrystatlization, which leads to the crystallinity, the initial modulus, the yield stress and elongation increasing. Alkali treatment can cause amido link cleavage, which leads to thc crystallinity and the initial modulus decreasing.
