摘要
目的:通过此次实验研究来说明长期摄水不足引起的肾功能改变进程以及肾组织的一些基本病变。方法:采用急诊生化分析仪对实验组和空白对照组及阳性对照组的尿素氮进行测定,采用日立7020生化分析仪进行血肌酐的测定。对数据进行SPSS统计学的处理,肉眼形态学的改变。结果:与正常组的家兔对比,实验组家兔的血清肌酐及尿素氮值变化不明显。结论:不同程度长期摄水不足对家兔肾功能影响不大。
Objective To illustrate the changes in renal functions(by detecting the body’s serum BUN and serum Cr and other indicators) and the pathology changes of the kidney(by observing the changing of the kidney organizations) caused by the long-term lack of water intake.Methods Assay urea nitrogen of the trial group,the controled group and the positive control group with emergency biochemical analyzer,assay Cr with Hitachi 7020 biochemical analyzer.Then analyze the data by SPSS.Results Compared with the serum Cr and BUN of the rabbits of normal group,the serum Cr and BUN of the rabbits in the experimental group did not change significantly.Conclusion Different levels of long-term inadequate water intake makes insignificantly changes in renal function of rabbits in different groups.
