低剂量螺旋CT在肺结核诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨分析低剂量螺旋CT在肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法:将36例已确诊的肺结核患者分为甲、乙、丙三组,其中甲组患者进行低剂量30 mA螺旋CT扫描,乙患者按常规剂量150 mA进行螺旋CT扫描。除电流外,其他扫描周期、螺距及层厚等方面均一致。丙组患者进行X胸片检查。对比三组扫描结果的检出阳性率以及诊断准确率。结果:甲组患者检出阳性率达100%,肺结核诊断率达91.6%;乙组患者检出阳性率达100%,肺结核诊断率达91.6%;丙组患者检出阳性率达91.6%,肺结核诊断率达75%。结论:低剂量螺旋CT可代替常规剂量螺旋CT,且螺旋CT的诊断准确性要明显高于X胸片检查,低剂量螺旋CT在肺结核诊断中有极高的应用价值。
