A high speed data acquisition card is designed, which will be used in Neutron Beam Monitor on GEM of CSNS, and the background of this project is briefly described , moreover , the architecture of the optical fiber module and the PCIe module is emphasized . Finally it gives the test results of the corresponding modules.
