基于PSoC3便携式多道γ能谱仪的研制

摘要 根据国内对γ能谱仪性能的需求,研制了一款基于PSoC3便携式多道γ能谱仪。它以PSoC3为主控核心,NaI(Tl)闪烁晶体为γ探测传感器,使用PSoC3的内置模拟、数字资源及少量外部功能模块,采用新型的触摸感应按键和TFT触摸屏为主要操作界面。通过对137Cs实际测试使用后,能谱仪实现了高达4 096道γ能谱测量、显示能谱图、测量数据分析保存等功能,具有功耗低、集成度高、显示直观、体积小和操作简洁等特点,可用于野外现场测量和地学领域的应用。 According to domestic demand of γ spectrometer performance, design a portable multi - channel γ spectrometer based on PSoC3. PSoC3 is adopted as the controller core of the design, the detection sensor is Nal (Tl) scintillation crystal, the use of PSoC3 the built - in analog, digital resources and a small amount of external functional modules, using the new Capsense buttons and TFT touch screen as the operator interface. By the actual test of ^137 Cs, spectrometer accomplished up to 4 096 channels γ spectroscopy measurements , showing the energy spectrum and the analysis and preservation of them easurement data. Low consumed power, high integration, intuitive display, small size and simple operation are its characteristics. So that the portable multi - channel γ spectrometer can be used for field measurements and geological field.
