摘要
狼尾草属牧草是一种优质高产的牧草,研究和筛选其作为沼气发酵原料对缓解今后能源紧缺具有重要作用。试验采用不同的狼尾草属牧草开展制取沼气效果研究。结果表明:狼尾草属牧草可以代替稻草作为C源进行厌氧发酵制取沼气,5组沼气发酵处理对沼气总产气量的影响差异均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01),总产气量最高的是‘闽牧6号’狼尾草组,达77616.6mL/10L,显著高于CK1组(141.4%)、CK2组(13.3%)、‘桂牧1号’狼尾草组(112.5%)和巨菌草组(52.6%)4个沼气发酵处理(P<0.05),极显著高于CK1组、‘桂牧1号’狼尾草组和巨菌草组处理(P<0.01),总产气量最低的是CK1组达32150.0 mL/10L。从沼气发酵的气体含量分析,5组沼气发酵处理产生的气体最多的都是N2气体含量,约占总气体量的55.9%~79.9%,CH4气体含量约占总气体量的10.7%~28.9%,CO2气体含量只占总气体量的0.1%~1.4%。
As materials of biogas fermentation,Pennisetum play a very important role on relieving energy crisis.The experiment compared gas production among different Pennisetum.The results indicated that Pennisetum can be C material of biogas fermentation instead of straw;and it is significant differences among five kinds of treatments in biogas production,the biogas production of the "MinMu-6" Pennisetum which content is 77616.6 mL/10L was the most;significantly better than other treatments.The biogas production of CK which content is only 32150.0 mL/10L was the least.The content of N2 is the largest among the five kinds of treatments in all of the gas,which occupied 55.9%~79.9% of total gas volume,the content of CH4 occupied 10.7%~28.9% of total gas volume,and that of CO2 only occupied 0.1%~1.4%.
