摘要
针对传统土地利用规划方案评价方法的不足,引入了带实数编码加速遗传算法(RAGA)的投影寻踪分类模型(PPC)。从经济效益、社会效益和生态效益等角度出发,构建了规划方案的评价指标体系,并采用相关分析和聚类分析法对指标体系进行了优化。在此基础上,构建了基于RAGA-PPC的土地利用规划方案的评价模型。以舟山市区为例,利用MATLAB7.1语言进行程序的开发,获得了最佳投影方向。通过计算,得到了各方案的投影值,并对研究的结果进行了分析。研究结果表明该模型能较好地解决土地利用规划方案的评价问题。
To the shortcomings of traditional land use planning project evaluation methods,this paper introduced the projection pursuit classification(PPC)model based on real coding based accelerating genetic algorithm.Taking the economic,social and ecological benefits into account,the index system of evaluation was set up,and optimized by the methods of correlation and clustering analysis.On this basis,the land-use planning project evaluation model based on RAGA-PPC was constructed.Finally,by taking Zhoushan as an example and carrying on the development of the procedure in MATLAB7.1 language,the best direction of projection was obtained,and through calculation,the projection values of all these planning projects were obtained and analyzed.The conclusion is that the model can solve the evaluation problem of land use planning project effectively.
