摘要
以前置厌氧DE氧化沟为研究对象,探究终沉池2次污泥上浮主要成因并就此提出相应控制对策。结果表明,活性污泥非丝状菌膨胀、终沉池反硝化作用及污泥腐化是两次污泥上浮的主要原因。其中,活性污泥非丝状菌膨胀是由低温所致,反硝化作用及污泥腐化主要是由污泥在终沉池停留时间过长所致,此外,氧化沟出水硝氮含量过高也是造成反硝化作用的原因。随着气温逐渐回升并通过加大污泥回流量及剩余污泥排放量等措施,缩短污泥在终沉池停留时间,有效的控制了污泥上浮。
The paper adopted the front anaerobic DE oxidation ditch as the research object to explore the main causes of final sedimentation pool twice sludge floating and to propose the corresponding control responses.The results show that the non-filamentous activated sludge bulking,final settling tank denitrification and sludge corruption are the main reasons of the two sludge floating.Among them,the non-filamentous activated sludge bulking were caused by low temperature,denitrification and sludge corruption were caused by the sludge stayed in the final settling tank for a long time,in addition,high nitrate nitrogencontent in oxidation ditch water also contributed to the reasons for denitrification.The sludge floating were controlled effectively by increasing the sludge return flows and the remaining sludge emissions to reduce the sludge stay time in the final settling tank as the temperatures rising gradually.
