切把打叶提质试验研究

Study on Improving the Quality of Tobacco Using Threshing Technique after Bundle Cutting

为了提高片烟质量,研究了切把与未切把打叶复烤线的工艺技术及对打后片烟质量的影响。结果表明:湖北恩施复烤厂切把生产线较常规生产线打叶、风分效果提高;打后片烟大、中片率提高、碎片率降低;低次烟叶降低13%;打后片烟化学成分协调性变好、感官质量提高。

In order to improve the quality of tobacco,then studying the technique of the threshing and redrying production line with bundle cutting and uwithout,the influence on the quality of tobacco after processing.The results show that：the bundle cutting production line of Enshi Redrying Factory of Hubei Tobacco Gold-Leaf Redrying Co.,Ltd is better in threshing and pneumatic separation than the normal line;The rate of large and medium lamina increased,and tobacco scrap rate decreased;low-class tobacco reduced by 13%;Meanwhile,the coordination of chemical components and the sensory evaluation quality have also been improved after processing.
