国外公共基础设施投资经济效应的实证研究：一个文献综述

The Economic Effects of Public Infrastructure Investment:A Survey of Empirical Literature

在影响经济运行的各种因素中,公共基础设施是一个重要的因素。在回顾近20年国外有关公共基础设施投资经济效应的众多实证研究基础上,重点论述了生产函数、成本(利润)函数和向量自回归等三种研究方法以及公共基础设施投资在国家、地区、产业等三个层面的经济影响效果,并对研究成果和存在的各种争论进行梳理和评析,以期在此基础上展开进一步的讨论。

Public infrastructure is an important determinant of economic performance. This paper first reviews relevant empirical studies on the economic effects of public infrastructure investment in the past two decades and discusses the relevance of three approaches used in the literature and its impacts on economic performance at the national, regional and industry levels. The paper also summarizes and evaluates the research findings and the divergent conclusions. Finally we identify some important areas for future research.
