In..this paper, the author first introduces the structure of embedded power bill voice quotation system based on WinCE＋C#.Net, and then presents the system serial communication protocol, database, server and client design in details. On the basis of this, the realization code is given, which can partially achieve the function. Finally, a summary is provided.
