党的监督制度科学化是党的建设科学化的重要内容,客观应对党的监督制度存在的问题,并且在此基础上内化出评判标尺,有助于实现党的监督制度科学化。健全党内监督制度、强化党外监督制度,双管齐下是实现党的监督制度科学化的必由之路。

The scientific supervision system of the Communist Party of China is the important part of the scien- tific supervision system. The Communist Party of China should objectively response to the problems of party supervi- sion system and internalize on the basis of the judgment scale. The only way to achieve the party＇s supervisory sys- tem proposes the dual-track approaches that improving inner-Party supervision system and strengthening the non-par- ty supervision system.
