摘要
在游客满意度概念的基础上,对拉萨市游客满意度进行了实地调查,运用IPA分析法对满意度进行了分析,发现拉萨市旅游业在发展过程中存在的问题,并提出改善和提高拉萨市游客满意度的措施,以促进其健康发展。
On the base of customer satisfaction,the article collects data and examines tourists" satisfaction in Lhasa by applying Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA). The article finds out the problem in the developing of Lhasa tourism and points out corresponding measures to improve Lhasa tourism,so as to promote it's healthy development.
