都龙锌锡多金属矿再磨工艺的研究及应用 被引量:9

摘要 针对云南都龙矿区矿石中各种金属矿物共生关系密切、嵌布粒度细、精矿金属互含高等特点,开展铜、锌粗精矿再磨工艺试验研究。在试验基础上,通过引进再磨设备及流程改造,与原流程相比,铜、锌选矿指标和生产能力得到较大提高,改造后铜和锌精矿品位分别提高了3.14%和0.62%,铜、锌回收率分别提高了12.52%和0.29%。 Based on the property of minerals closely intergrowth,fine disseminated grain size,highly mutual containing,regrinding technology test has been carried out on the rough concentrates of copper and zinc from Dulong Mine.And according to the test result,the regrinding equipments are used in the flowsheet and the flowsheet is also reformed.The product index of copper and zinc concentrate,and capacity of production has been improved obviously.The grade of the final concentrates of copper and zinc has been improved by 3.14% and 0.62%,with recovery increased by 12.52% and 0.29% respectively.
