我国大中型工业企业技术创新能力评价——以广东省为例

Evaluation on Technology Innovation Capability of Large and Medium Industrial Firms in China: Case of Guangdong Province

构建了"技术创新投入—技术创新过程—技术创新产出"的理论框架,利用2005—2010年广东省大中型工业企业的相关数据,采取密切值法对广东省大中型工业企业的技术创新能力进行评价和分析。结果表明:相对于技术创新过程,技术创新投入对技术创新产出的作用更直接;广东省大中型工业企业对内部R&D、技术引进和购买的大力投入是其技术创新能力得以提高的主要原因;企业中科技机构覆盖面不足、引进-消化吸收比例不当使得广东省大中型工业企业的技术创新能力暂时落后于浙江和上海。

This paper builds the theoretical framework, namely input-process-output of technology innovation. And using the data of large and medium industrial enterprises in Guangdong,it evaluates and analyzes the technology innovation capability of large and medium industrial enter- prises in Guangdong by using the method of close value. The results show as follows：technology input plays a more important role in technology output than technology innovation process; the enhancement of technology innovation capabilities of large and medium industrial enterprises Guangdong originates from the high investment in internal R^D and technology introduction as well as purchase;inadequate sci-tech institution coverage and improper proportion of introduction to digestion as well as absorption lead to the situation that technology innovation capability of large and medium industrial enterprises in Guangdong lags behind those of Zhejiang and Shanghai.
