摘要
采用电化学法和腐蚀浸泡法,并结合SEM和XRD等分析手段,研究了钛-钯合金在甲酸溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着甲酸溶液温度的升高,钛-钯合金的耐蚀性降低,当温度为80℃时,会发生吸氢反应,且可能发生了点蚀;若延长实验时间,提高甲酸溶液的温度或体积分数,会使钛-钯合金腐蚀加重。钛-钯合金设备不适用于高温、高体积分数的甲酸介质中。
The corrosion behavior of Ti-Pd alloy in formic acid solution was investigated by electrochemical method and immersed corrosion method in combination with SEM and XRD. The results show that as the temperature of formic acid solution goes up, the corrosion resistance of Ti-Pd alloy will go down. When the temperature is at 80 ℃, hydrogen abstraction reaction occurs and pitting corrosion may happen. If the test time is prolonged, and the temperature or volume fraction of formic acid solution is higher, the corrosion of Ti-Pd alloy will be more serious. Equipments made by Ti-Pd alloy are not suitable for using in high temperature and high volume fraction formic acid media.
