摘要
运用需求分析模型,对嘉兴市涉外行业从岗位需求和从业人员培训需求两方面进行分析,并对两组数据进行了对比。认为应以需求为导向,合理定位员工外语培训目标;以需求为导向,科学合理设计培训课程;坚持以能力培养为主线,以听说技能为培训重点;坚持"以实用、应用为目的,以必须够用为度"的原则;课堂教学形式应体现"学习者为中心"的理念。
With the application of the model of need analysis, an investigation and comparision are made on the needs of professional foreign languages of the employees and the industry of foreign trade in Jiaxing as well. Training objects and curriculum design should be need--oriented, while langauge skills, especiall the speaking and listening skills, are the focus of the training programme. Practicality and feasibility are the principles of the training programme. The teaching approach should be learner--centered.
