摘要
通过组织兴趣小组,开发并优化了背散射电子衍射(EBSD)实验,将其作为课外兴趣实验,逐步推广。学生独立完成样品的制作和晶体学数据处理,在实验教师的指导下观察了测定过程,学习了一种先进且应用广泛的材料分析技术,同时锻炼了动手能力。学生通过参与新实验的开发和优化过程,培养了主动性和综合能力,这是建设研究型教学示范课堂的有益尝试。
As an extracurricular selective experiment, the electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD) experiment for crystallographic data determination was developed and optimized for the undergraduates who are interested in this new technique. In this experiment, students finished sample preparation and data processing by themselves and observed the measuring procedure under the guidance of experiment teachers. This practice not only teaches them an advanced and wide-spread materials analysis technique, but also trains their practical abilities. Students' participation in the teaching reform cultivates their initiative and innovation spirit, which is a useful attempt in the construction of a research-oriented curriculum.
