完善实践教学体系 培养应用型创新人才

Perfecting the Practical Teaching System and Training Application-oriented Innovative Talents

通过对《规划纲要》中人才培养类型的分析,结合高等教育研究的相关成果和高等教育改革的价值取向,认为培养应用型创新人才应是地方本科院校人才培养目标的恰当定位。基于应用型创新人才培养对实践教学的要求,以实验教学与集中性实践教学为重点,调查了目前实践教学的现状,结果显示目前的实践教学体系尚不能完全满足应用型创新人才培养的需要。文章提出,地方本科院校应从目标、内容、评估与考核和保障四个方面完善实践教学体系。

After analyzing the type of talents in the National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan, and taking into consideration the related study of higher education and the value orientation of higher education reform, this paper argues that the training of application-oriented innovative talents should be the appropriate target of local colleges and universities. Based on the requirements of the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents for practical teaching, it investigated the current situation of practice teaching system which is focus on the experiment teaching and concentration practice teaching. The results show the present practical teaching system can not completely meet the needs of the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents. To conclude, this paper proposes to perfect the practice teaching system from the target, content, assessment, and security.
