摘要
配电网故障测距是电力系统中故障诊断的难点,暂态故障行波的故障检测技术是未来电力系统重要发展方向。配电网特征为混合线路、线路短、线路分支多,以行波理论为基础,配电线路单相接地后产生暂态电流行波,对暂态故障行波的产生机理和传播规律、过程及特点进行分析,叙述了故障行波在配电线路故障测距中的研究和应用,对于波速不连续的配电混合线路传统的双端行波故障测距存在弊端,用新方法,基于时间中点的双端行波故障测距,不受介质种类的影响,可解决配电电缆混合线路、架空线波速不连续的问题。
Transient fault line fault detection technology is an important development direction of the power system. Fault location in distribution network is a difficult task in the power system. Distribution network is characterized by mixed lines, short lines, and branch lines. Based on traveling-wave theory, single-phase distribution lines can result in transient current traveling wave. In this paper, the mechanism, propagation, process, and characteristics of transient wave were analyzed. The research and application of fault traveling wave fault location in power distribution lines were described. For the problems of the traditional double-ended line wave fault location in discontinuous distribution mixed lines, a novel method was used based on the midpoint of the double-ended time traveling wave fault location. The novel method, free from the impact of media types, solved the problem of power distribution cable mixed lines and velocity discontinuity of overhead lines.
