摘要
我国煤矿岩石巷道多采用浅眼小循环钻爆掘进方式,循环进度小、月进尺低,严重影响巷道工程进度并造成采掘接替紧张,不利于当前煤矿高产高效生产目标的实现。通过对"掘前必探"的现场施工存在弊端的分析,结合"一孔双用"的技术目标,创造性提出"超长钻孔大直径空眼导向中深孔直眼掏槽新工艺",开拓岩石巷道中深孔爆破大循环进尺的新局面,是岩巷钻爆法施工技术的一次革新。现场试验证明,该项技术具有良好的经济技术效益,可在我国煤矿岩巷工作面进行推广使用。
The advance method of drilling and blasting with small hole and minor cycle was used in most of domestic colliery stone drift advancement, for the low work efficiency,which directly influences the progress of rock drift advancement and productions. Combined with the technology of dual-purpose for one hole, the new technique of parallel cut blasting with super long and large empty drilling blasthole was put forward firstly. The tests proved that this technology has economic and technological benefits, which can be applied to the coal mine in our country.
