摘要
针对遵义东联二号路的5号还房小区爆破大块率较高的实际情况,为了确定合理的微差间隔时间,降低爆破块度进行了现场试验。首先,采用微差间隔时间分别为20 ms、40 ms、60 ms、80 ms的数码雷管逐孔起爆,并与同等条件下普通导爆管雷管孔间3段、排间5段进行对比试验。然后,利用Split—Desktop3.0对爆堆图片以块度分布、综合平均块度与综合最大块度为指标进行分析。结果表明:数码雷管由于延时精度较高在降低爆破块度方面具有优越性,且存在降低爆破块度的最佳微差间隔时间,在本试验条件下为60 ms。
Due to high ratio of big rock in blasting engineering,the field test was conducted to determine a reasonable millisecond interval and to reduce the blasting blocks ratio. Firstly, the digital electronic detonator with interval times of 20 ms,40 ms,60 ms and 80ms was detonated hole by hole,and compared with the ordinary detonator with MS3 segment and MS5 segment under the same condition, Then, the Split-Desktop 3.0 was applied to analyze the picture of rock pile based on the 'size distribution of block, the combined average size of block and the combined maximum size of block as an indicator. The results show that digital electronic detonators with high precision delay has advantages on decreasing the degree of blasting block.
