133例糖尿病轻度认知障碍患者糖尿病知识与认知水平的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病轻度认知障碍患者糖尿病知识掌握程度与认知功能的关系。方法采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表、日常生活活动能力量表对403例住院糖尿病患者进行轻度认知障碍的筛查和诊断,对确诊的133例患者采用糖尿病知识测试问卷中文版进行糖尿病知识调查,并分析糖尿病知识掌握程度与认知受损之间的关系。结果糖尿病轻度认知障碍患者糖尿病知识总体得分为(13.83±3.48)分。糖尿病知识测试问卷得分与蒙特利尔认知评估量表总分和记忆、注意力、抽象能力、语言认知域得分成显著正相关(Kendall相关系数0.09~0.72;Spearman相关系数0.12~0.83,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病轻度认知障碍患者的糖尿病知识掌握程度不理想,与认知水平呈正相关。临床上应重视这类患者的健康教育,并采取重复教育、教育前评估、教育形式形象化等健康教育措施进行针对性的健康教育。 Objective To explore the correlation between diabetic knowledge and cognition function of diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods Montreal Cognitive Assessment and Activity of Daily Living Rating Scale were applied to screen 403 hospitalized diabetic patients for mild cognitive impairment and 133 confirmed cases were surveyed with Diabetic Knowledge Test (Chinese Version) and correlation analysis was conducted between diabetic knowledge and cognitive impairment. Results The total score of diabetic knowledge of diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment was (13.83±3.48). The scores of Diabetic Knowledge Test and Montreal Cognitive Assessment were significantly positively correlated with the scores of memory, attention, abstract ability and language and cognitive ability (P〈0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients with mild cognitive impairment have insufficient diabetic knowledge, which is positively correlated with cognitive function. Various kinds of health education should be promoted for the improvement of diabetic knowledge.
