摘要
目的针对目前部分学校仍存在的课程内容重复及衔接不当等问题,探讨适应成人护理专升本特点的课程结构。方法在参阅文献并结合新疆地区成人护理专升本教学计划的基础上经预调查后形成正式咨询表,包含4个课程群,分别为公共基础课程群、专业基础课程群、专业课程群、专业选修课程群,23个具体科目。征询包含8个省市的共21名专家对各课程群名称及开设科目的建议。结果删除6个科目,对9个科目名称进行了修改,增加了4个科目,最终确定3个课程群,共22个科目。公共基础课程群3个科目,216课时;专业必修课程群13个科目,648课时;专业选修课程群6个科目,219课时,共1 083课时。结论最终形成的22个科目具有良好的代表性和权威性,对成人护理专升本课程设置教学改革有一定的参考价值。
Objective To explore suitable course structure for adult nursing undergraduates. Methods The formal consultation table was formed after preliminary investigation and literature review, which contained four curriculum groups including public foundation course group, professional foundation course group, professional course group and professional elective courses, and 23 specific subjects. The consultation was performed among 21 experts from eight provinces and municipalities for the name of each course group and specific subjects. Results Six subjects were deleted and the names of nine subjects were revised and four subjects were increased. The final course contained 3 curriculum groups and 22 subjects. Public basic course group included 3 subjects and 216 periods, professional required course group 13 subjects and 648 periods, professional elective course group 6 subjects and 219 periods. Conclusion The newly-formed 22 subjects are representative and authoritative, which is valuable for future teaching reform.
