提供方便快捷的预约挂号是提高患者就医效率的前提保证。2011年10月7日—11月2日由专人组织调查,分析海岛医院预约挂号存在的主要问题有:医院宣传力度不到位,管理制度不完善,导致患者对预约挂号知晓率低,心存质疑;专家号源不足,挂号信息不透明,欠缺公平性;缺乏好的预约平台,挂号方式复杂,不能满足不同层次人群的需要。提出相应的对策:加强宣传力度,转变患者观念;结合海岛地方特色,推广社区预约挂号;简化预约挂号方式,增加预约挂号渠道;健全管理制度,降低爽约率;实现选号预约,细化预约时段;挂号信息透明化,重视复诊患者的预约挂号等满足患者需求。以期为预约挂号的管理及发展提供帮助。

This paper summarized the problems of appointment registration in island hospital and provided countermeasures for it. Convenient appointment registration is a prerequisite for improving the efficiency of medical treatment. Major problems existed in appointment registration included insufficient expert registration, untransparent registration information, unsound registration platform and complicated registration, which could not satisfy people＇s needs. Countermeasures provided were the promotion of appointment registration in community, simplification of appointment registration and the establishment of a sound registration management system. Transparent registration information would contribute to patients＇ satisfaction and the management and development of appointment registration.
