中风恢复期患者自我效能与生活质量的相关性研究

Correlation between Quality of Life and Self-efficacy of Apoplectic Patients in Recovery Phase

目的了解中风恢复期患者的自我效能及生活质量水平,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用基本资料调查表、慢性病自我管理研究测量表中的自我效能测量表、脑卒中影响量表,对324例中风恢复期患者进行问卷调查。结果中风恢复期患者生活质量总分为54.38分,自我效能评分为(5.85±2.51)分,自我效能与生活质量总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论中风恢复期患者的自我效能及生存质量普遍偏低,自我效能与生活质量密切相关。提示护理人员可通过提高中风恢复期患者自我效能水平来提高其生活质量。

Objective To understand the self-efficacy and quality of life of apoplectic patients in recovery phase and explore the correlation between the two. Methods General information questionnaire, Self-efficacy Scale from Chronic Disease Self-Managing Study Measures and Stroke Impact Scale （SIS） were applied to survey 324 apoplectic patients in recovery phase. Results The score of SIS of apoplectic patients in recovery phase was 54.38 and that of self-efficacy was （5.85＋2.51）.There was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life of apoplectic patients in recovery phase （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The patients＇ overall self- efficacy and the quality of life remain in a low level. The self-efficacy is closely correlated with QOL of apoplectic patients in recovery phase, which suggests that in nursing, patients＇ quality of life can be improved by enhancing their serf-efficacy.
