《舌尖上的中国》是近期国内热播的一部关于中华饮食文化的纪录片。其意义不仅在于表现美食带给人们的感官体验,借以讲述的食物背后的人情故事更耐人寻味。在制作理念和语言表述上,其与国外优秀的食物影像志尚有距离,"过分美化、求真不足"是它引来争议的原因之一。这些争议恰恰鞭策国人反思不健康的饮食方式,主要原因在于国民饮食教育的缺失。
A Bite of China, a recent hit in China, is a series documentary on Chinese food culture. It is not only intended to show the pleasant experience behind the food. In terms of production and brought by delicacies, but also to highlight the impressive stories language delivery, there is still a gap between the documentary and the food video recordings overseas. This triggers some controversy where cient truth are blamed.
