摘要
当今海外中餐业仍处于有生存而无发展的状态,小型化、分散化的发展模式使得企业很难做大做强。目前国内餐饮企业进军海外市场,不仅需要企业从经营思维、管理理念、市场思路、企业战略等方面做好充分准备,而且还需要得到国家层面的战略重视和政策支持,需要国内外餐饮行业协会的信息服务和积极引导。
Chinese restaurants are still in the state of survival in their development overseas. The small-scale and scattered mode of growth makes it difficult for the restaurants to expand. To seek development overseas, domestic restaurants should make full preparations in the way of operation, management and marketing and in their strategies. Besides, it requires the strategic attention and policy support on the national level, the IT serv- ice and active guidance of the cuisine associations at home and abroad.
