摘要
烹饪专业英语课程教学不仅是为了帮助学生掌握基本的语言知识,更要培养他们具有较强的会话能力和跨文化交际能力。可以通过研究性教学等途径加强该课程的实践教学,从而加强学生语言交际能力的培养,确保烹饪专业英语课程的职业性和应用性得以体现,进而提高课程理论教学的实践效果。
The professional English course of cuisine department is not only intended to help students to grasp basic knowledge of English, but also to develop their relatively strong ability to speak the language and con- duct cross-cultural communication. This can be achieved by enhancing the practical stage of the course through research-based education. This can not only highlight the professional and applicable nature of the course but also elevate the practical effect of the theoretical teaching of the course.
