摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法与自蔓延燃烧法相结合,研究一种Sol-gel自燃烧法合成Ni基纳米粉末的制备方法。用DTA-TG方法研究凝胶的燃烧过程,测定粉末的粒径。结果表明,采用柠檬酸络合法可形成稳定的Ni基干凝胶,具有自蔓延燃烧特性,可不经煅烧直接合成粒度为40~50 nm的纳米级Ni基合金粉末。
Nanometer Ni-based powders were prepared using new sol-gel self-propagating combustion method. The redox process of the dried gels was studied by DTA-TG technique and the size of the particles was measured. The results show that the gels can be obtained from the aqueous solutions of metal nitrate and citric acid. The method has the characteristic of self-propagating combustion and can directly produce Ni-based powders having particle size of 40 to 50 nm without calcine process.
