摘要
目的:对数字胃肠机配OPELA90/20型诊断床控制和驱动系统技术改造,降低机器维修成本。方法:拟设计控制电路和电机驱动电路后用国产交流电机替换进口直流电机。结果:技术改造后用国产交流电机替换进口直流电机获得理想效果。诊断床保持正常运行控制,正向运动立床到位自动停止,反向运动倒床到位自动停止。结论:系统技术改造后医生操作正常,完全实现新设计的电路与整套设备总控制系统的良性对接。设备试运行两年,减少直接经济损失约20万元。
Objective: To equip the digital gastrointestinal machine with 90/20 OPELA diagnostic bed control and drive system technological innovation to reduce the cost of machine maintenance. Methods: We designed the control circuit and motor drive circuit withdomestic AC motor to replace the imported DC motor. Results: After the technological transformation of domestic AC motor to replace imports of DC motor, we got the desired effect, technological transformation after diagnosis bed to maintain the normal operation of control: forward movement; established bed in place to automatically stop; reverse movement; down bed in place to automatically stop. Conclusion: After the technological transformation, doctors are running properly, the completely benign docking of the total control system of the new design of circuits and equipment package. Equipment test run for two years to reduce the direct economic losses of nearly 20million.
