摘要 目的:综合分析我国螺旋断层放射治疗(TOMO)设备的配置和临床应用情况,评价TOMO的技术特点和临床疗效,为推动放射治疗装备技术合理利用和科学发展提供参考。方法:采取发放调研表、召开专家座谈和实地走访医疗机构的方法,直接获取临床医师、医学工程师等专业人员的评价信息。结果:掌握我国TOMO设备配置和使用总体情况,从临床应用角度总结TOMO的技术特点和疗效优势,明确TOMO临床适用范围,提出发展TOMO技术的配置规划和管理建议。结论:根据TOMO临床适用病症,按照有序发展、逐步扩大的原则,增加TOMO配置规划,优先在具备条件的大城市科研型三甲医院配置。 Objective: To comprehensively analyze the configuration and clinical application of TOMO devices in China and evaluate their technical features and clinical efficacy to provide reference for reasonable use and scientific development of radiotherapy technology in our country. Methods: The opinions of physicians and technicians were obtained with questionnaire, experts symposium and on-spot inspection. Results: The overall configuration and application of TOMO devices in China was preliminarily investigated. Meanwhile, the advantage of their clinical features and therapeutic efficacy were summarized to determine the suitable range for their application. Then we put forward the plan and suggestion for their configuration and development. Conclusion: The TOMO devices can be configured based on the clinical indications and principle of orderly development. They should be firstly configured in grade-III hospitals in big cities.
