摘要
东南亚国家长期为实现粮食自给进行不懈的努力,到20世纪80年代中期,东南亚地区成为当今世界少有的实现粮食自给并有大量出口的地区。然而,进入90年代以后,东南亚一些国家出现粮食产量下降、自给率降低、对外依赖增强的趋势。东南亚国家采取新的措施来促进粮食生产和粮价稳定,确保国内粮食安全。
ASEAN countries have made unremitting efforts on food self-sufficiency.By the mid-1980s,Southeast Asia came to be the few food self-sufficiency as well as huge grain exporting region in the world.However,after the 1990s,the food production of some countries in Southeast Asia declined,the self-sufficiency rate reduced,and depended more on the import.Southeast Asian countries recently have taken some new measures to promote food production and keep food prices stable to ensure domestic food security.
