摘要
泰国境内的无国籍山民被认为是世界上最大的一个无国籍人集团,由于没有泰国的公民资格,丧失了很多的基本权利。诸多因素的结合导致无国籍山民问题的长期存在,泰国政府自20世纪60年代以来采取了一系列措施加以解决,但效果不佳,需探索更为有效的途径。
The stateless mountaineers in Thailand are considered to be the world's largest stateless group,they lose a lot of basic rights since they have not Thai citizenship.A lot of factors lead to existence of Thai stateless mountaineer problem in the long-run.The Thai government has taken a series of measures to solve it since the 1960s,but it has had little success so far.Thai government is necessary to explore a more effective.
