摘要
提出一种新型函数光子晶体,其折射率为空间位置函数.先由费马原理给出光在一维函数光子晶体中的运动方程,推导后得到传输矩阵,再给出一维函数光子晶体的色散关系、带隙结构和透射率,并通过选择不同折射率分布函数n(z)得到比常规光子晶体更宽或更窄的能隙结构.
The authors proposed a concept of new function photon crystals, the refractive index of which is a function of space position. The light motion equation in one-dimensional function photon crystals was obtained by means of Format principle, and the transmission matrix was obtained via calculation, with the dispersion relation, band gap structure and transmissivity given.
