摘要
以氧化胺(OA)、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB)、铵盐(AS)和表面活性剂(J-1)为原料,通过正交试验研制出一种新型抗甲醇气井泡排剂GF。室内评价实验主要采用罗氏-迈尔斯(Ross-Miles)方法,利用采气现场取回含甲醇气田地层水对该泡排剂的表面张力、抗甲醇能力、耐温性能以及抗矿化度能力等进行了研究。实验结果表明,当单体最佳质量配比为3:2:5:9时,研制的泡排剂GF可大幅降低溶液的表面张力,具有优良的抗矿化度能力和较好的耐温性能。泡排剂GF罗氏泡沫高度和15min携液量均高于现场泡排剂OA-12、BS-12和CT5-2B,说明泡排剂GF具有较强的抗甲醇能力,可满足天然气的开采需要,具有广阔的应用前景。
A new anti-methanol gas well foam agent GF was developed by orthogonal experi- mental design as raw materials of amine oxide (OA), cocoamidopropyl betaine (CAB), ammo- nium salt (AS) and surfactant (J-l). Ross-Miles evaluation method was used in laboratory; systematic study and evaluation was conducted on its surface tension, ability of anti-miner- alization and methanol resistance in field. Experiment results demonstrate that foam agent GF can reduce largely it's solution surface tension, which not only has excellent ability of anti-mineralization, but also temperature resistance, when the best quality ratio of monomer is 3:2:5:9. The foam agent possesses good methanol resistance when the height of Ross foam and the amount of carrying fluid of GF was superior than OA-12,BS-12 and CTS-2B. It can meet the needs of natural gas exploitation and has broad application prospects.
