由于高职院校办学历史较短,校园文化建设经验不足,加之办学规模不断扩大,在文化建设过程中暴露出许多问题。因此,高职院校应立足自身实际,在不断总结、探索、提炼的基础上,努力推进物质文化、制度文化、精神文化和行为文化的整合与创新,积极培育具有时代特征的富有个性特色的高职校园文化,为实现高职院校的跨越式发展奠定坚实的基础。
