基于PDCA循环视阈下高职院校总结工作研究

A Study on Summary Work in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of PDCA Cycle

总结处置是质量管理PDCA循环的关键过程,高职院校应认真制定总结工作实施程序,推进各项工作过程完善闭环管理;准确把握总结写作的内在要求,科学编写总结材料;充分利用总结工作提升领导力与执行力,强力推动PDCA循环,不断提升办学水平、教育质量和服务能力。

This article points out that summary disposal is the key process of PDCA Cycle in quality control. Firstly, vocational colleges should attach great importance to the formulation of implementation procedure of summary work and promote the closed-loop management of all work involved. Secondly, they should be acquainted with the inherent requirement of summary writing and write summary materials scientifically. Thirdly, they should make the most of summary work to promote leadership and execution, vigorously carry forward PDCA Cycle and improve the level of running a school, the quality of education and service ability as well.
