摘要
随着电网的不断发展、规模快速扩张,原有的配网调度管理模式已逐步不适应供电可靠性和故障快速复电的要求。从配网调度管理的现状及存在问题出发,通过探讨配网调度若干关键问题,对配网调度管理模式进行了深入的分析和研究。结合佛山在配网调度集约化工作方面的经验,提出了按照"N"、"1+N"、"1"等三个阶段模式稳步推进配网调度集约化建设,明确了适合未来发展实际需要的配网调度集约化管理模式的建设方向,具有良好的实践指导意义。
The current distribution dispatching management mode along with development and expansion of power grid can not satisfy the demand of power supply reliability and rapid fault recover. By discussing some key problems of distribution dispatching, the management mode of distribution dispatching is deeply analyzed and studied. Based on experiences of intensive distribution dispatching in Foshan, a three stages mode of＂N＂,＂l ＋ N＂and＇T＇ is proposed to push forward the construction of intensive distribution dispatching. The future construction direction of the intensive distribution dispatching management mode is defined, which has better guide significance for practice.
