摘要 设计了一种适用于生物质和煤粉混燃的旋流燃烧器,并用CFD软件对其混燃的燃烧特性进行数值模拟,明晰其燃烧过程及相应的燃烧参数,得到最佳混燃比和最佳燃烧状态。分析结果表明:生物质和煤粉混燃与燃煤锅炉相比,其经济性、环保性、效率性等都有明显提高, This study designed a kind of swirl burner applying to mixing combustion of biomass and pulverized coal. The CFD software was used to simulate the co-firing characteristics in the boiler, so as to make sure the combustion process and corresponding combustion parameters, which can offer strong reference for practically manufacturing this co-firing swirl burner. Compared with coal burner, this co-firing swirl burner is much better economically, environmentally, and efficiently.
