摘要
基于Moodle平台的大学英语教学模式把网络与多媒体技术融为一体,以学生为中心,实现了大学英语教学"立体化、网络化、个性化"。实验样本为二年级非英语本科生299人,进行了15周的教学实验。研究中使用了测试、问卷调查和访谈等研究工具收集数据。结果表明实验组学生英语水平的提高优于对照组学生,两组效果测试成绩有显著差异,证实了该教学模式在提高学生的英语水平和能力方面起到了积极作用。
College English teaching via Moodle which integrates the Internet and multimedia is a student-centered instruction. The teaching is fully considered "three dimensional approach, network and students' individualized learning". The samples are 299 second-year non-English major undergraduates with 15-week teaching experiment. The research instruments -- tests, questionnaires and interviews -- are used to collect data. The results show that the English proficiency level of the experimental class was improved greater than those of the control class There is a significant difference for achievements between two classes. The findings prove that college English teaching via Moodle plays positive effects on improving students' English ability.
